We offer this full, 3 day, First Aid at Work course to both businesses and individuals. It’s for anyone aged 16+ who wants to learn the skills necessary to assist in a first aid emergency. On completion, delegates will be able to provide a first aid response to a wide range of accidents, injuries and illnesses.  We are offering the course with a blended learning option. This allows you to complete part of the course in your own time via our online learning system.

The Health & Safety Executive (HSE) recognise that First Aid at Work training courses give a toolkit of practical skills and knowledge required by first aiders. This gives first aiders the ability to deal with first-aid emergencies. It also helps organisations contribute to the required standards set by the Health and Safety (First Aid) regulations.

This is the First Aid at Work course you will need to book if your workplace, environment, event, etc. is classified as high risk. For example; hot work, manufacturing, construction sites, or sites with mobile plants. Schools, hotels and care homes can also fall into the high risk category depending on the of attendees / employees / residents it has. You may also need this course if your organisation has identified that there is a requirement for additional first aid training. For example having employees with a disability or a medical condition.

First Aid Course Quality Assurance

It will give your designated first aiders the required skills to deal with specific illnesses and injuries in your workplace. These injuries and illnesses may have been highlighted in your first aid needs assessment.

For your piece of mind all our trainers hold current and relevant training qualifications. Our courses meet the HSE criteria of what is expected of a First Aid Training company.
