Our regulated First Aid qualifications are delivered through Qualsafe Awards . Training is supported by internal quality assurance processes and clinical oversight within The Hive Collaborative.
Importantly, our approach is practical. The aim is not to turn employees into clinicians. It is to develop competent, confident First Aiders who understand what to do and are prepared to act when somebody needs help.
Where a client has its own operational procedures, reporting arrangements or workplace scenarios, these can also be discussed as part of programme planning where compatible with the qualification requirements.

This allows the commercial arrangement to reflect the actual programme rather than treating every course as an unrelated one-off booking.
