We are a National, integrated Health and Safety and HR company based in Deeside, North Wales. We offer leading edge, industry standard consultancy, advice and courses in all aspects of H&S, HR and Occupational Health. These include; First Aid at Work (FAW), Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW), Mental Health First Aid (MHFA), Fire Safety, COSHH, Manual Handling, IOSH Managing Safely and more. We are currently working with leading pharmaceutical companies, World renowned manufactures and construction businesses, local care agencies, forestry companies, schools and local authorities.

CEO Statement
I feel passionately that everybody should have the opportunity to learn first aid, the simple skills needed to save lives.
Our First Aid courses meet industry standards but have a slight edge to them, which your average First Aid course doesn’t have. This being, they are all run by clinically qualified professionals. E.g. medical doctors, paramedics and A&E nurses. These professionals are specifically chosen for their knowledge and experience in acute medical emergencies, so you have the most confident, competent trainers in the business.
Our First Aid courses are generally aimed at workplaces, but are available for all. Watch out for our community courses near you on our News page.
Our Health and Safety and HR divisions, and their respective courses and services further enhance safety and wellbeing in the workplace.

Welcome to the Hive!!!
My name is Emma. I’m a UK qualified practicing medical doctor (GP) and have a Diploma in Occupational Medicine. I’ve been involved in First Aid training since the age of 5 when I was regularly used as a body to be rolled into the recovery position!! Fast forward several years and my passion for First Aid/Health and Safety has persisted. I have a personal history of congenital heart disease, as does my eldest daughter. Additionally, I have had two cardiac arrests myself but have survived to tell the tale thanks to others being trained in resuscitation. I strongly feel we all have a duty to know what to do in an emergency situation, and my mission is to equip others with the skills to save lives. I’m backed by our army of trained, professional colleagues who are equally committed to achieving this aim.
Outside of my medical and training roles I practice clinical hypnotherapy, and enjoy precious time off with my two daughters.

Hello. I’m Paul. I’m a HR and General Manager through qualifications and experience (15+ years). I have a diverse background from many industry sectors at management level, including; aviation, recruitment, healthcare, local government and hospitality. I am a member of the HR Inner Circle which is the UK’s leading membership organisation for smart, ambitious HR Professionals. I continuously keep my Human Resource management skills up to date through study and reflective practice.
When I’m not in the office you’ll find me in a music studio or DJ booth. I produce electronic house music professionally and DJ around clubs in the UK.
One of my main achievements in life was learning to fly, and during this period I worked as a commercial airline pilot for 8 years.
