The Hive Collaborative is a UK registered limited company (Company No. 13502766), founded by two directors: Paul Deaves and Dr. Emma Poyner.

We established the company with a clear mission—to serve the local community and help make workplaces safer, healthier, and more resilient. Through our training, consultancy, and clinical expertise, we strive to save lives, support wellbeing, and improve safety standards across the UK.

Company Status

We are a privately owned, independent organisation. We receive no external funding, subsidies, or sponsorships. Our operations are fully self-financed through the services we provide in First Aid, Health & Safety, HR Consultancy, and Occupational Health.

Editorial Independence

All published content—including articles, training materials, and policies—is created and approved internally by our expert team. Our publishing and communication are guided by professional standards, as outlined in our Publishing Principles.
