🧾 Paying by Invoice

If you’ve selected to pay by invoice, here’s what happens next:

  • Invoice Sent by Email – You’ll receive an invoice to the email address provided during booking.
  • Payment Terms – Our standard payment terms are 14 days from the date of invoice, unless agreed otherwise.
  • Payment Details – The invoice will include everything you need:
    • Our bank details for BACS payment
    • Reference number to use
    • Course date and delegate name(s)

If your organisation uses purchase order numbers or requires any other information on the invoice, just let us know.
