The HSE strongly recommends that qualified first aiders complete an Annual Refresher course every year between full requalification. It’s not legally required — but it helps you stay confident, up-to-date, and ready to respond. Many of our learners tell us they feel far more capable and reassured after attending, especially when it’s been a while since their last course.
